I use Map my run....Not sure how it is different than map my fitness. I love that it keeps track of my pace and I can see the difference in that over time. I also like that it tells me my pace, time, and distance each mile so that I can keep track during my runs without having to look at my phone.

Starting a new cycle (today is day 3). Will do the same meds as last cycle--femara cd3-7 then ovidrel trigger after follicles measure large enough. The doc is now highly recommending that we move on to IUI if this cycle doesn't work. We most likely won't as my partner and I don't feel like we have given this enough time.…

Thank you @pezhed and @kirstie155 All went as planned so now we wait.... I hate this part!

Thank you @samlovesthesnow , @Kirstie155 , and @WifiresGettingFit I could barely sleep last night because it feels like Christmas. lol Hopefully will get some good news in a couple of weeks.

Just had my follicle scan yesterday. I have at least one good egg in there and possibly 2. I will trigger ovulation tomorrow and inseminate with a known donor on Thursday. We also discussed increasing my progesterone to avoid another chemical/miscarriage. Wish me luck ladies!

Wow! What was your starting and current weight and height? Just curious because I have lost the same amount but I do not feel like mine is near as evident. Go you!

Ground turkey cooked with onions, diced tomatoes, garlic, and black beans. Eat with rice. Seriously one of my absolute favorite meals. Scrambled eggs, rice, and avocado. Very filling and decent protein. Quite delicious. Eggs and turkey bacon on an english muffin. (cheese if you have the calories) My favorite go to snack…

@cjhinesy I don't watch my sodium intake closely. I don't during the week either... This happens every single weekend. I have not yet noticed it being worse after certain foods but that doesn't mean thats not happening.

A family favorite at my house is avocado, scrambled eggs, and rice. Mix together and it is quite tasty. Even my 3 year old loves it!

Thanks you all! I feel so much better knowing that I am not just crazy. lol. I am going to keep moving forward and take more pictures/measurements in the future. Hopefully my brain will catch up at some point so that I can be more proud of what I have accomplished.

I am currently ttc and losing weight at the same time. We have actually been trying for almost a year and a half but I have been losing since last August. I have been overweight/obese my entire life and I didn't see that as a reason to put off trying since medically all looks good (blood sugar, thyroid, blood pressure,…

Thank you all. Hopefully one of these days it will kick in to where I can realize the changes that have happened. I appreciate your kind words. :-)

Totally not crazy @Kirstie155. I currently use 2 apps and a website. I think that in this process, the more data we have then the more control we feel. So much of it is out of our control! Best of luck during this tww!

Welcome! I am fairly new to the group myself, but I have quickly found that these ladies are very helpful and supportive throughout both weight loss and ttc. Best of luck!

@Kirstie155 I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle. My hcg went down to 0 as of last week and we were given the go ahead to try again after my next true cycle starts. They weren't sure if I will ovulate between now and my next cycle and I haven't been tracking much as I am trying to get my head clear and ready for next…

@Kirstie155 I agree with @jennamae102. Unfortunately, temperature is one of those things that is different for each of us and you have to watch for the trends in it. I tend to drop the day before CD1 and the day before Ovulation but others don't so you will just have to watch it for what yours does. In addition to things…

I love it! Shaun T (from Insanity) does it and he is fantastic. I have done lots of work out DVDs in my life and this is the only one that feels more like fun than work. At the end of each session you "Cize it up" which is basically just putting all the dance moves together with a song and it is a blast. I suck at dancing…

My goal is to continue to exercise and hopefully put more miles on my new running shoes this month. Also using Cize DVDs when it is too cold or rainy to get outside. My weight goal is to lose 5 pounds (more would be nice) We should be able to ttc again in April--we were given the go ahead if I show signs of ovulation this…

@teegan84 what a beautiful family picture! Congratulations!

All of your sweet messages are overwhelming (in a good way). I really appreciate knowing that I have you all to come to. Even if we haven't ever met and I only joined the group recently. I do have great family support as well. My SO even took me to Atlanta this weekend to spend family time together and get our minds off of…

Sorry I have no experience with Follistem. I have only done Ovidrel at this point which is one injection per cycle. Just wanted to say best of luck!

Just wanted to update. I haven't been doing well with tracking because of the roller coaster this past week has been. My pregnancy ended up being a chemical pregnancy. Although we understand that these things happen for a reason and that the embryo most likely had some chromosomal issues, we are still pretty upset. Waiting…

Thank you all!! I will keep you all posted with tomorrows results. Fingers crossed for increased numbers!

Thank you both @Kirstie155 and @jennamae102 ! I have always used ovulation tests from the dollar tree. I also double check my results (when it gets close to positive) with a clearblue digital smiley test. That can get a little pricey though so it just depends on how much you want to spend as well as how much you trust your…

@VeryKatie Thank you for the congrats! Thank you also for the lesson in using the spreadsheet!

Well I guess I have some news to add to this thread. :-) Beta yesterday was 49.6!!! I am pregnant! Will have it drawn again on Wednesday to check that it is doubling, so cautiously hopeful at this point. My progesterone only went up from 8.0 to 9.4 so that is still much lower than they would like to see it at this point…

Definitely agree that checking out this success board will help you get motivation when you can't muster it yourself. Remind yourself that a small setback is just that, a set back. The trick is to get back on the plan as soon as you realize you drifted. You are worth this! PS I started a little more than you did and my…

Thank you! I will just keep doing what I have been doing and try those things that you suggested. Hopefully eventually it will catch on. We do occasionally go hiking or on walks during the weekends so I will try to increase the amount of time we are active together.

Anybody have any tips for getting our SO's involved? Mine sees the progress I am making (47 lbs down so far), but just isn't making the connection on what needs to be done on his end. I keep hearing "I barely eat anything...my metabolism must be slow....My body is in starvation mode so I need to eat more" all while fixing…

I may not have put much info when I introduced myself. :-) My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant with our 2nd for just over a year. We were doing at home inseminations using a known donor. In November, our donor stopped responding to our messages so we had to look for a new one. We used that opportunity to take…
