I want to lose 40lbs by June and have trouble tracking my calories consistently. I am hoping this motivates and supports me to stick with my calorie and fitness goals.

I'm in. My daily goal is 1200 with an additional 100 calories allowed on days that I exercise. In addition, I am quitting processed sugar. Tomorrow Friday, October 27th will be my first day.

I am in and my goals for next 90 days are: Eat no more than 1200 calories Eat no sugar and minimally processed food Run 6 to 7x week (atleast 30 miles) Try and get atleast 6 hours of sleep Report daily on my progress against the goals Good luck everyone!

Thank you for starting this thread. I eat healthy and sensible portions all day and I work out everyday. However, my nighttime bingeing undoes all the good from the day. Need any suggestions and support to learn how to stop eating after a sensible dinner.

I am in. SW: 135lbs GW: 100lbs I am also planning to give up processed sugar - I know that is not part of the challenge but the best chance of succeeding is to state it aloud. Will report next Sunday. Thank you!
