I'm cis, and I applaud your decision to pursue your goals in a way that is true to your identity. It's unfortunate that discrimination and prejudice still exist, but I would like to think that your openness will infuriate the bigots and inspire the rest of us.

The hardest part for me was the initial weight gain (muscle mass). It took a month for my body to adjust to my healthy diet and exercise regime. The key (for me) was to take it a day at a time.
