  • I'm also doing the keto thing! You have to love a diet where you can eat all the good foods you usually have to forgo. It's also the only way I've ever managed to lose weight and keep it off. If anyone wants a friend, add me!
  • Ditto on the feeling good! I find my energy levels go way up after I get past the flu. I don't get that dizzy, hangry feeling around 3:00pm like I used to, either (and that was while I wasn't even on a diet!).
