I don't know how to add people but I have discovered I love lifting! I am only at 95lb squat, 75lb bench (why is that so hard? Lol) and 175lb deadlift but I will keep progressing. Over time I have grown to hate cardio but love lifting heavy things!!

I love the garlic stuffed olives from Target's food line. 4 of them are around 60 calories and salty enough to suck the moisture out of your head (in a good way, Lol!)

Raisin Bran and dry wheat toast. Sandwich with just deli meat or cheese and cottage cheese. Sometimes I hate cooking, especially when it is hot out!

Extra sodium, water retention from traveling ... unless you ate a crap ton over your goal you did not gain 6lbs of fat. When I return from a trip, I always drink lots of water and wait at least a week before getting on a scale.

I know not everyone is here to lose weight but I always wonder how people who "can't eat more than 800-1200 calories" per day (not necessarily you, OP) end up here. MFP is set up to give you a deficit without any exercise ... meaning if you eat the amount it tells you, you don't need to exercise and you can still lose…

Once I realized that losing weight is simply math (simple does NOT mean easy) ... and I knew I could rock math ... the weight came off and keeps coming off.

I used to travel more but still do quite a bit. I am in an industry that likes to drink. Rather than explain my preferences, I have just approached bartenders/waiters and told them to give me soda water in a cocktail glass and make it look like a cocktail. No cal and I don't have to deal with the "why aren't you drinking?"…
