  • Everyone is different. Some people have said they have lost weight breastfeeding others say they lost it when they stopped, my experience i seemed to gain it. Breastfeeding made me soooo unbelieveably hungry and to satisfy my craving i didnt eat the best of foods so that could possibly factor in aswell.
  • No i dont think so, it does seem possible but i think my eager to go before was so high and now with 2 kids, 1 being so young i dont know if i could leave him for extended periods of time just yet, so losing the weight and getting fit to go back isnt a priority to me at the moment.   • I had my thyroid checked already and its normal. I do have PCOS and Endometriosis so im lucky I got pregnant with my second. I exclusively breastfed my 2nd for 4 months and gained weight rather than lost it.
