Eating is definitely hardest for me, I actually love working out. My fiance and I have a very active and social group of friends, so there is always either a happy hour, house party, dinner, etc. that I am attending every weekend and avoiding the bad stuff is almost impossible.

I hear ya! I am 5'3 1/2 (but I always round up, lol) and my lowest weight was 137. People were always telling me that my face looked sunken in and that I looked sick. Absolutely! I have been struggling with anxiety the past couple of years. I was on meds for about 2 months and I hated the way they made me feel. One spin class or high intensity workout is better than any medication!
