Mine is what if you are craving something - EAT IT. I'm not saying an entire tub of ice cream but give yourself just a few bites or a small serving. It's much better to let yourself have it rather than having that craving for a long time and then giving in and binging.

Love your whole post but this part really hits home - I actually had a "friend" get nasty with me because I left a party early to go to the gym once. Oh and she's one of those people who can drink 5 nights a week and stay in shape.

When I got home from softball practice at 8:30pm, I was starving. I know how bad it is to eat a high carb snack before bed so I made a small omelet with egg beaters and salsa. :)

Yogurt!!! Blahhhh it is so SOUR and no matter how much sugar or fruit they put in it, I still hate it! I will use it in a smoothie for a filler, though. Non-food item: Nicki Minaj - I just don't get it. Maybe I am getting old.
