The same way guys do - eat calories more than you burn. You probably aren't eating as many calories as you think you are. I thought I ate approx 2500 calories a day until I started tracking and weighing food, and realized that I only ate 1600 calories a day. Oops

Dairy is actually a good source of protein and things like Greek yogurt and cheese are caloric dense. Also, 2500 is too few calories for you to be gaining mass if you're working out a lot

Crunches aren't bad if you keep a proper form. Neck straight, looking up at the ceiling helps, and bend from your core, not your shoulders. Keeping your arms straight by your sides instead of crossed on your shoulders or behind your neck also helps. A lot of people hurt their backs because they're not doing them properly.

The Equinox I go to has trainers in the weight training area there just to correct form. He corrected how widely my fingers were spaced when I was gripping the bar. Your form must be good if he hasn't called you out yet lol

Yesterday a guy just started following me around the gym after I showed him where the squat rack and the lat pulldown machines were. I think he thinks we're BFFs now because he also followed me around today. Using EVERY machine that I used right after me. That's creepy. Why. Stop. Go away.

First Wednesday of the month ritual: Going bar hopping with my girlfriends and dressing as slutty as possible to skip the line to enter and also get many free drinks.

Do planks with weights. They work multiple large muscle groups at once.

Doubling? That's a lot. Just have some extra calorie dense snacks I guess. A large spoonful of PB is around 200 calories, 2 handful of nuts around 300. Have those together like 4x I guess. Also good because they're not too filling and high in good nutrients.

I agree CROSSFIT TONED ME UP IN LIKE 2 WEEKS. Best thing I've ever done. And it's actually sorta fun, like games and races. especially if you're competitive.

Pet peeve right now: when I'm holding a subway pole and the person's hand who is above mine keeps sliding down and touching mine so I have to keep moving mine down and then do that passive aggressive move where I finally hold the part above their hand or move to another pole. Anyone else know what I'm saying? LOL
