When a dude asks me if I need a spotter when I clearly don't... Like if I'm doing goblet squats or bench presses or chin ups. Why. Lol yeah, instead of resting every other day, Ijust did ABABAB and cardio on Sunday. I was determined haha.

My mom and I did StrongLifts together last summer, she was 44. She followed it exactly, and I did it 6 times a week. She's still continuing the program actually, but has not added extra weight, just wanted to maintain. She went from a 50lb bench to now a 80lb bench so it definitely works.

If you eat more calories than you burn, you'll gain weight, whether it's fat or muscle. Check your eating habits. It could also be water retention if you've had a lot of sodium

75lbs. Currently at 85lbs and going to stop at 90lbs. But I am 5 feet tall so it's gonna be a normal weight lol.

The diet is called, raw til 4, not fruits til 4. You can still have nuts, veggies, and overnight oats, many other raw vegan stuff. Lmao. Edit - realized @livingleanlivingclean said the exact same thing.

Every time I eat too many bread sticks or garlic knots from Pizza Hut or too much mac and cheese I retain a lot of water the next day. Also if I eat too much pasta during the week before a marathon. Just carb up, works for me lol.

You need fat and protein in your diet.... it's too high in sugar and carbs. Also 10 bananas??? I hope that is a typo. Instead of 10 bananas, try a banana with some PB and some eggs... for example.
