I am terrible in attending gyms. So I built a circuit at home. It consists of: Sit ups, push ups ... Dumbbell arms raises in various directions Resistance bands Barbell raises. It takes 30 min each day and gets me sweating . I have abs from it and toned arms. I run and cross country ski for cardio.
