I just discovered the joys of chicken gizzard. Very very cheap source of protein!!!! Little to none fat or carbs as well. It requires conscious effort to meet your goals

For me meal prep Sundays makes my week easy. Also for me doing an exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise makes it easier to stick to (I’ve been training different martial arts for the last ten months)

You made a great start so far. Focus on your consistency. Aim for increasing your step count when you are not working out. And play around with different activities until you find the one that motivates you the most. That is the one you will stick to and be consistent with. For me discovering martial arts training…

We do some. Not much. My strength feels good between pushups punches and throws. Was also interested in getting some muscle mass in.

Great job!!!! I remember how nervous I was for my first combat class thinking people will be judging my unfit unathletic self. Turns out no one judged. The environment was super encouraging. I’m glad you enjoyed it
