I was looking for just this type of challenge. Late-night eating is what gets me, but I'm a little late for November (although I will start it now). Can we do this again in December?

I'm in. every day I eat well. every night I ruin it. Do we motivate each other during the evening, like 8-11pm?

I read the one about cottage cheese and tomatoes - I will try that one. Also the idea of eating more frequently is good too. I keep an easy salad in the fridge. cucumber and red onions in rice vinegar. You can sprinkle roasted sesame seeds too.
