  • Thank you everyone for the great responses. I did calculate my HR using the 220-age then get the percentage from that. I physically check my heart rate throughout my workout in between songs. I can usually tell when I have gone too far as my heart will skip beats. No dizziness or chest pain I can just feel it skip.…
