Bikes are good, but check out your rec center. Swimming is great with low impact on joints. And if you dont swim, you can walk the pool- many do just that. My pool has free classes one is light exercises in the shallow end and one is deep end water arobics. Ive met some amazing ladies on the same journey as me there.

We can definately do this. These 40s are a pain, but we gotta beat them before the 5-0!!
