I do my teriaki chicken with saute veg (whatever I have but onion, peppers, brocolie, spinach, peas, carrots etc) and noodles. If I'm making it a meal I add a bit of rice too.

Coffee, water, pickled beetroot (tasty and low cal), apples all help me stave off until the next meal. Not found an appetite suppressant that works sadly.

For actual dinners I was surprised how low cal Omlettes, teriyaki chicken with noodles and saute herb infused veg or tuna pasta bake were. Cod in parsley sauce is another with veg and a bit of mash.

I personally find scheduling in a cheat day makes me behave the rest of the week, although if I have an immediate craving I tend to have some of whatever I fancy and excersize those calories off! Generally I try and only use half of my workout calories each time and save around 100 calories per day for the one day I don't…

Losing the 4lb I just put on whilst on holiday. Main goal is to lose about 12-14 lbs total and then see how I look :)
