Many things. Hating my reflection, nothing fitting but leggings and joggers, feeling constantly ill....someone called me fat...that was a big thing. Noone will ever call me fat again if I can help it. Or at least if they do I know I'm doing something about it.

It is mad! I'm 5 days over now. Not ever been this far over unless pregnant so it's freaky and even though I know I'm 100% not making a human I keep looking at pregnancy tests like 'why am I even wondering, it's impossible!'

Thank you all! My body fat definitely hasn't dropped too much. Maybe it is stress etc. I'll be sure to go back to the doctors if it doesn't return x

I'm going to eat to 1200 then slowly increase to 2000. I'm aiming for 7lb goals :) I want to do T25 as I use to be sooo passionate about sports and fitness so I want it to kick start my life again

I quit smoking this new year just gone. This is definitely harder - losing weight. Been trying to lose weight longer than I was trying to quit smoking...difference is my weights gone up, my quit stuck. I'm adding you now x
