  • Light carbs about hour before exercise and protein in the first hour afterwards. Look at your macros to make sure what you are eating contains the right mix of carbs protein fat and sugar.
  • Yes I have been the same- kids first husband then me. During the week not getting food prep done between going to gym, entertaining toddler and school pickups and cleaning. My disorganised life sucks
