  • Two outa three for me didnt work out tracked all my food and drinks and counted all those calories.
  • Calories in yes. Worked out nope too tired.kept track of everything yes i was logging in gum and all like coffee which is a free drink with water ...lol

  • Hi Liz I ride my stationary bike at home for 30 minutes on most days of the week cause 30 minutes is all my body can take on that iti biti bike seat. sumtimes I push myself to 45 minutes but I always make sure to burn more calories every time I ride.
  • Oh hi ladies i am also looking forward to losing 101 pounds far I have lost 30 pounds and i have given myself only 3 months to lose this weight. I try to eat high protein food and drink more water but its a real struggle since I tent to not have enough time to do so due to the work that I have.
