if that was the case Id be dead LOL..trying to lose 30lbs. I do exercise..nothing too major cycling, walking, yoga, swimming etc. Guess I'll have to learn a bit of patience ;)

yea same with me...its ALL belly weight. My sister also started on antidepressents and has put up over 4 stone !! she wont believe me when I say its medication related tho. And, again, its all belly :( Really hoping it will start to come off now.

Hi all, there is no doubt that sugar addiction exists. Iv never binged as such but as Iv got older (Im 42) Im amazed at how Im never satisfied when I start to eat sugar..like eating all 4 choc bars in a pack!! I currently reading a book that Id like to recommend its called 'The Hear and Now Habit' my favourite quote in it…

Hi cut out as much carbs as you can, walk every day for an hour (if possible) and be sure to drink your 2ltrs of water a day and you will see a big difference in no time :)
