Well I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who has been guilty of weighing in more then once a day, it has helped me to gain a lot of knowledge in regards to what a normal flactuation is for me!! ;)

Your thinking is soooo right on with mine lol unhealthy foods always naturally have to be in bigger portions in my head, it's just crazy how we can convince ourselves of a lie lol

I have a tendency also when I don't pre log to eat the same things throughout the week lol although my dinners are usually always different

I really enjoy their bbq chicken and cheesy potato one, it's always been my fave since they came out with it, I try and have 5 or 6 on hand at all times In case I'm just not feeling like cooking lol

I enjoy curries as well, but my husband is not a fan lol that's another huge issue I have is he is super super picky lol lol but I appreciate the tip ;)
