Did you measure your body with a tailors tape prior to beginning? The scale is ok, but use it in conjunction with measuring your body. You could be losing fat and replacing it with muscle.

keep in mind, fat takes up more space than muscle. I noticed you didn't say anything about measuring. use a tailors tape to measure your progress more than the scale.

Update: I have MFP and SH syncing. Meals are syncing from MFP into SH. Oddly enough, water is not syncing from SH to MFP. Not cool. I track my water via my Gear S3. I need my water to sync from SH over to MFP.

My breakfast I entered into MFP did sync over to SH. Since I had already entered it into SH earlier, SH synced a MyFitnessPal meal and doubled my breakfast. I manually deleted the food I had entered into SH and left the MFP Meal.

^ I have done this and still nothing syncs. My meals are entered in SH and is not syncing over to MFP. Is it possible I need to first enter my meals and exercising into MFP and have it sync to SH?

Mathew, how did you even get MFP and SH linked? Ah, just found it in MFP. But I'm not seeing any syncing from SH into MFP.

The food we eat is so processed today, that the best way to get the nutrients we lack, is through supplementation. What you are looking to do is provide a balance in your life, between eating "healthier",…
