Walking around as much as possible, drinking plenty of water, also try holding a hot water bottle over your lower abdominal area which can help things get moving sometimes if the medicinal route is taking its time.

I was on implanon & now on nexplanon, I haven't found that it affects my weight loss. I'd definitely look at what you're logging and make sure you're not overestimating your exercise calories, so you can rule out any other issues before blaming the implant ☺

I agree with the above, also try not to have foods in the house that make it easier to binge- if I know I have snacky stuff like chips/crisps, cookies etc in the cupboard then I'll eat them! Have you tried looking on google scholar? There might not be a curated list but it might be a good place to start... more reliable than most magazines, anyway! Although you can't always access the newer articles without paying a fee to the university/company that owns it.
