Been fasting pre- hospital procedure since breakfast yesterday & now its nearly 3pm... only a couple more hours to go but I'm sooooo hungryyyyyyyy!!!! That's all! Sorry, just had to have a moan!! 😊😊

Weird food packaging mistakes
I was just checking the calories on a pack of plain tomato passata from Lidl... apparently passata measured in grams or ounces or even servings but.... drumsticks??! At least I know 2 drumsticks is only 35kcal! Win!!

I've got a jar of nutella in the house....
....AND I HAVEN'T BEEN EATING IT OUT OF THE JAR BY THE SPOONFUL!!!!! GREAT SUCCESS!!!!! Usually I never buy it because I can't resist the deliciousness, but so far so good... Still not buying any peanut butter cups though lol. Anything you guys can't usually keep in the house or it just gets eaten? :)

weekly total calories vs net calories??
Hi all, have just been looking at my weekly calories and am confused as to what the difference is between the total calories and the net calories... assuming it's maybe to do with calories I've lost through exercise but not sure which is which! Thanks in advance
