Hi all, have just been looking at my weekly calories and am confused as to what the difference is between the total calories and the net calories... assuming it's maybe to do with calories I've lost through exercise but not sure which is which! Thanks in advance

The same as the difference between daily total and net calories. It would have to do with your exercise calories. So if your daily goal is 1500 and you exercise for 500 calories, that would make your net calories 1000 calories, a far too low amount which is why this site has people eat back their exercise calories. In terms of a week, it has to do with the cumulative amounts for the week of those two numbers.2
