Make a yummy 5 bean chili and add 2 servings (for 1 portion) of nutritional yeast and 1/2 cup of quinoa to it. If you still wish to add some animal products to this meal, add some ground meat to it and top it off with sour cream for a bit more of a protien kick.

Try making stirfrys, or add to quinoa/rice and season to your preference

My favourite thing to do as a vegan is take non vegan recipies and make them vegan. Good egg substitutes are avacado, applesauce and banana. Good butter substitutes are olive oil, avacado oil, penut butter and many more :P GOOD LUCK!
