I'm in! Starting date 08/10/16 SW 208 CW 204 GW 140

For myself, the official chart says I should be 104-131but for my body shape I can't see myself being that small. My ideal goal is 140, I loved it when I was 140. I started 4 days ago at 208 and today's weight is 204, so I've got a ways to go and need to stay focused.

Lol yes, I was sitting there trying to figure out what could or wanted to do in the house and quickly got frustrated and broke out my last glass of wine and the candy bar I had in my purse. Yes I have to do better.
