I'd recommend paying for an attorney. If your MIL won't, then the two sons should split the cost. It could save you thousands in probate court later on.

Watching my 60 year old parents try to walk. Both have been obese for so long that it has destroyed their joints. They can barely move and can't do anything active with their grandchildren.

I would binge too if I fasted for 60 hours. Try eating at maintenance the next time instead to get off the binge/fast roller coaster. I'd also recommend seeking out professional help to find out why you binge in the first place and to brainstorm coping strategies.

I tried Hello Fresh for a few weeks. The meat was lower quality than I am used to, but the covenience was nice. It also helped to push me out of my comfort zone and try dishes I would not normally select. My spouse was not happy about the package waste. Ultimately, quality won and I canceled the service.
