Kickboxing is great for cardio. Try doing burpees, planks, sit-ups or pushup on the rest periods between rounds.instead of after.

Finding an exercise that I truly enjoyed. For me running and kick boxing. Decided to take up running when I learned I sucked at kickboxing. :wink:

Log every food before you eat it. Every time. That's what I do and find myself eating less to keep under my daily goal. Or exercising more if I want more calories to eat. Lol.. Weight loss is a slow process. Do give up.

I used this app to lose 130lbs once upon a time. Logging the food made me aware of what calories were in the foods. But you have to find your motivation in yourself. You can do it. " Greatness is within!"

I have done a 3 day fast before. Only consuming fruit juice and water. After three days I felt awesome... The first day was rough but after that it was cool.
