  • Looking for motivation and support too. You can add me and lets challenge each other with logging exercises and food constantly. We can also share the exercises that we are doing to motivate each other in not skipping them.
  • Hello, I would love to join the group too. I want to lose 30-40 lbs. I exercise and eat healthy but I don’t do it constantly and then the scale dose move. If I do one week good the next one I slip. I would love to have someone with whom I can share the goods and bads and to support each other in the journey.
  • I’m a little bit late but I would love to join the group. I try to lose 30 lbs but since April the scale is not moving to much. How it’s working with this challenge, do we only post the results or we also chat and leave comments to each other?
