I'm not sure how to add ppl on mfp yet. But I understand completely how you feel. Free style doesn't work for me. I ended up modifying the app to do BeyondTheScale but I'm going to end up using itrackbites.

I just ended my membership because of their new Freestyle program. I was genuinely upset about it. I would keep with the meetings but why pay to listen to ppl talk about a plan that doesn't pertain to my journey. Nope.. I don't even log my exercise on here. I noticed the amount of calories MFP awards for basic exercises are very exaggerated. I figure the calories I burn from exercising cover anything I miss log or inaccurately log on here. :)

Walmart sells low carb wraps and pita bread. The low carb bread is put out by Joseph's. You can usually find it in the deli section or over by the other wraps in the bread section.

I'm watching my carbs and calories.. so far so good. I have approx 60 pounds to drop! Low carbing works. It's also a delicious diet, and easy to follow without complicated 101 rules.
