  • Thank you for your replies. :) I'm sorry I probably should have included I know it is normal for the scale to fluctuate. I've done this before and lost 125 lbs. But the fact that I can't get a reading I trust has me spinning.
  • Hi @anaakhtar Motivation can be tough. Are you looking for someone who's going to keep you on track for the gym or just in general? I do a small workout at home because I haven't been able to muster up the commitment for a gym. It's called the 7 minute work out by Johnston and Johnston. Baby steps 😄

Try portioning out your meals so you are eating frequently through the day. And plan those snacks right in. Eat 5 or 6 times a day if you need too.…
