I love pasta... I crave pasta... and the more I eat the more I want. So, I have a portion of pasta and really bulk it up with veggies. I don't know why but I also find it more satisfying if I eat penne or rotini instead of spaghetti noodles.

I always log it because it's part of my breakfast meal, plus I log creamer or milk. If I drank it black I probably wouldn't be as diligent.

You don't say how many calories you're working with per day, or how much weight you want to lose, but I find your calories may be a little low for breakfast. If you're still hungry immediately after breakfast then perhaps you could add something to it? More protein keeps me going... greek yogurt or cottage cheese. This is…

I've tried the pancake syrup, the chocolate syrup, and the ranch dressing. Wasted money. 3 for 3 horrible.

I usually have a whole egg with added egg whites. I keep a big supply of boiled eggs in the fridge, and use them in multiple ways. One of my favorite meals... 1 whole boiled egg, 2 boiled egg whites, a pack of wholly guacamole, and mash together.

How about fresh or frozen strawberries, or a tropical fruit? Instead of skim milk what about using almond/coconut milk?

It is what it is, but it doesn't seem to be working for you. If you're eating all your calories early in the day is it because you're hungry? Maybe breakfast isn't holding you over long enough.
