I have pcos the most success i have had is counting macros. I eat lower carb 40% carb 30% fat 30% protein. I started at 220 and got down to 155lb. I also started beachbody on demand and have be doing resistance training 4 days a week and cardio 2 times a week.

McDonald's steak bagel probably one of the worst things you could eat. One of the reasons I haven't drank since starting this diet.

It could be the breastfeeding and not the birth control. I know when I breastfeed I held on to the baby weight.

Are you getting enough water? I recently gave up pop and have been drinking the recommended amount of water for my weight and feel a million times better. No headaches and plenty of energy without the caffeine.

I am also 8 weeks postpartum and have weight from five pregnancies to lose which is about 50 lbs.

I just had a baby 7 weeks ago and am looking towards losing my baby weight. I also have a 1 year old and a 2 1/2 year old so I have a lot of old baby weight that needs to go. My goal is about 50 lb. Feel free to add me if you like.

I have 4 kids two girls ages 5 and 2 1/2 and two boys 15 months and 7 weeks so I totally understand it being hectic. I am just starting my diet back up since I just stopped breastfeeding due to supply issues.Feel free to add me.

I am also a new grad about to start working night shift. I would love to add people that will help with the transition. I also have a 6 week old so I have a lot of baby weight to lose.
