For fitness goals, trying to increase activity, I use my Fitbit, Zen Labs Couch to 5K app (and eventually the 10K app).

Echoing the Torani Sugar Free syrups. I've seen the standard flavors listed here in stores, but if you order online they have tons more. I love the Smores and English toffee flavors.

I prefer Halo Top for the texture. My Halo Top can soften pretty well within 10 minutes, but when I tried Enlightened I had to let it sit for 20+ before it was even scoopable.

I'm signing up this evening for a 5K on October 28th. I'm taking the program really slowly and have a two week vacation coming up, but I'd like to do a trial 5K on my own by the first weekend in October in prep for the official run. Edited to add- I don't have a time goal but my goal is to jog/run the whole thing, with no…

I've lost 123lbs in almost 14 months and have about 15-20 more to lose. As others have said, I am simply using CICO, tracking my food (food scale when I prep at home), and slowly increasing my activity. I started trying to get around 8,000 steps a day and now my goal is 12,000.

This, plus I take D3 (I was deficient and now remain on the low end of normal) and Biotin for my hair + nails. No other supplements needed.

Completed W5D3 last night. It made me so nervous, I'd actually skipped it and gone on to W6D1-2. I felt so accomplished last night! I'll probably repeat W6 from the beginning before attempting W6D3.

This, exactly. I adjusted my macros ratio based on my doctor's recommendation (lower carbs as I was prediabetic with a family history). I treat my protein and fat like minimums and my carbs like a limit, but calories are all that matter for weight loss.

Sure, just updated my Fitbit goal to 12K steps last week. I'm at 8601 right now.

My starting weight was 275 and I lost the first 50 lbs in about 5 months, maybe a hair over. I was averaging 10 lbs a month for the first 80-85 lbs.

Quest protein powder comes in individual serving size packets at GNC and I think the Vitamin Shoppe. They have chocolate, peanut butter, salted caramel, and cinnamon crunch that I've enjoyed. PES has small-ish tubs but they're still pricey. If you're okay ordering a bunch online, the site my bariatric pantry sells variety…

Seconding Ghiradelli dark squares. I think the 70% dark is only 55 calories per. I also like the stevia chocolate bars (Lily's or Trader Joe's has their own kind called Simply Lite). You have to have more control to not eat the whole bar but they are made with stevia and have a lot of fiber, so less calories and sugar than…

Near the beginning of my journey, I wrote out a list of all the reasons I wanted to lose weight, every thing I could think of, then I ranked them from the ones that mattered most to me to the ones that mattered less. I referred to the list frequently and when I was tempted it wasn't just "do you want to be stick to your…

Total? 138 to lose half my starting weight. It's about 16 more lbs.

I like some of their pre prepared salads for when I'm in a rush- Crunchy Slaw salad, caesar salad with chicken, harvest salad with grilled chicken. Frozen: Chile Lime Chicken Burgers Salmon burgers Turkey Meatballs Riced Cauliflower Reduced Guilt Mac and Cheese Cold Brew Latte Dessert bars Pumpkin ice cream when it's in…

Some proteins are specifically designed to be able to be served hot, but most of the ones I have involve mixing cold then heating (some protein coffee mixes), not adding to hot liquid.
-
Nope, your calorie limit is the only thing that matters for weight loss.
-
When you set to maintain, it is set to maintain your current weight. It takes less to maintain 117lbs than it does 125, hence the calorie reduction. You need to tell it you want to gain weight, or update your weight back to get maintenance calories for 125lb. Keep in mind MFP is an estimate of your calorie burn. If it was…

Mcdonald's nutrition calculator online shows 350 calories for the sandwich as it comes, 310 if you leave the sauce off.

It goes by more quickly than you think. What really helped me was realizing the time would pass regardless, I could be lighter and fitter at the end of the time passing, or I could remain the same. I'm13.5 months in, 121 lbs down, and around 20 left. You can do this!

Ooh I can't wait to try pancakes & waffles, cinnamon roll, caramel macchiato. I dunno if I'll be crazy about rainbow swirl on its own but that sounds like it would make a good float with some Sprite Zero. I wonder what store the new flavors will hit first. Most of my local stores have Halo Top now, but some of the flavors…

$10 a month or $50 for a year.

Whenever you want to. I list them with the time I take them- so a few with breakfast and some with dinner.
-
I plan ahead to fit a sweet treat after dinner into my daily calorie allowance.

Click on a username here, click through to their profile, and if it's open it will have a "view diary" button.

I want to be out of the 150s on my vacation at the end of August (27 days, 3.8 lbs), and a healthy BMI by my first 5K in October (almost 3 months, 9 lbs).

In the morning, after using the bathroom and before dressing and eating/drinking anything.

I've lost just over 120 and losing 15-20 more. Feel free to add me.

If it's the weight listed on the nutrition label, it wouldn't include the container. Manufacturers have some room for variability in their packaged goods, so as long as all the meals they create even out to 328g, they're fine. Some may be 307g, some may be 347g. You just seem to have gotten two lighter ones in a row.

I keep quick prep meals or ingredients in my freezer and pantry. I can microwave riced or mashed cauliflower from frozen in <5 minutes. I keep progresso light canned soups in the pantry that heat in <5 minutes. If I have thawed chicken breasts those cook on the George Foreman pretty quickly, or I have some deli meats and…
