Yes I've had issues on the app since last night. Can't save edits to a recipe nor save a new recipe.

I picked up Proyo chocolate chip cookie batter and cookie and cream flavors today. The branding/packaging matches the old flavors though. Chocolate chip cookie batter is odd. The only mix-ins are the chocolate chips, like their PB chocolate chip flavor. The base is the "cookie batter", no actual dough chunks or swirl. Base…

Feel free to add me. I'm not in that range anymore but I started at 275. Currently around 135 and working on the last couple pounds. You can do it!

I loved these dipped in coffee! Especially the snickerdoodle ones.

Go over the recommended serving size if you want, as long as you log what you actually eat. Don't scoop some chips onto a plate and say "oh, that looks like one serving" when it's really 2-3.

Feel free to add me! I've lost 139lb/about 63kg and my diary is open to friends.

Congrats on your loss! Feel free to add me, I'm nearing goal but have lost over 135 lbs on MFP.

Frozen riced cauliflower, salsa (honestly any variety I've had from there has been good), frozen salmon burgers, frozen chile lime chicken burgers, and chile lime seasoning mix.

It's taken me from morbid obesity to normal BMI and given me control over my food decisions. Working out pretty well.

Hey, just wanted to chime in that I've been there and know how daunting 100 lbs can be. I'm nearly to goal, but I've lost over 135 lbs in the past 18 months. You can do it! Feel free to add me.

I was morbidly obese (5'4" and 275, BMI 47) 18 months ago. I'm within normal BMI range now. You can do this.

I've lost over 135 pounds in the past ~18 months. You can do this, and you deserve it! Feel free to add me.

I find that once I start eating, I get hungry again every 2-3 hours regardless of what time I start, unless I stuff myself and massively overeat. So I have sort of morphed into IF. I do have sugar free sodas or energy drinks and some coffee with a tiny splash of milk in the morning so not sure if it can be called a…

136 down, about 4 more to go then maintenance. You can do it!

I have something sweet every day, it varies quite a bit. I pre-log so some days I have more room for snacks/desserts than others. Lately I've been having fiber one brownies, halo top, lily's or simply lite chocolate, Quest Hero or Think Thin bars, or making my own pumpkin spice greek yogurt.

Potassium is included in the free version, but it doesn't track accurately because it's not required to be on nutrition labels. So foods could contain potassium but not be listed with potassium in the database because it's not on the nutrition label. Upgrading to premium will not change this. To see the potassium, from…

At your weight, it's possible. Even if you go a year and lose 100-150, you're better off than you are now at the end of that year. My starting weight was 275 and at the one year mark, I'd lost 111. Plug your stats into your MFP account, set the goal to lose 2lbs a week, and stay under your calorie limit.

Pumpkin Pie Poptarts are a go, a friend brought me a box they picked up at Walmart last weekend.
-
I started thinking losing 100 lbs would be impossible for me. I've lost 126 so far and aiming for 15-20 more. You can do it!

The "diary" on MFP is your actual food log. The blogs/statuses are what you write.
-
Welcome back! I'm down 125 so far, a few more to go. My diary is open as well, I'll add you.

I use the microwaveable frozen veggies a lot (normally riced or mashed cauliflower, but whatever you enjoy) along with chicken breast: I can have a meal ready in 5ish minutes if I'm using my George Foreman grill, or the chicken bakes within 20 minutes. If I'm not having the veggie steam bags, I throw the chicken or a…

Cheese, jerky or meat sticks (watch the sugar counts on some of these), protein bars, nuts, raw veggies and dip, greek yogurt without added sugar.

How are you measuring your food? If you're not weighing everything with a food scale and are eyeballing portions, guessing, or using measuring cups and spoons for solids, you're likely eating more than you think. If you set MFP to lose weight and it gave you 1700 calories, you've been eating 1950-2700 calories a day…
