I'm not a coach and here is my review. They are AMAZING. Turbo Jam + Turbo Fire and a bit of P90x helped me lose 80 lbs before I had kids. If you show up for yourself & dial in nutrition you will get amazing results.

Atkins website or diet Doctor have good information. Eggs, meat, seafood, cheese, cream, leafy veggies, mayo, olive oil, coconut oil. You could have an omelette with cheese and avocado. Chicken legs with mashed cauliflower and butter. Coffee with real cream.. Egg or chicken salad.

I have the Charge HR and love it. The challenges and badges are fun. Plus I like seeing how much I burn.
