Oh, I was asking "ArguablySamson," his thread last year showed 8-9 lb loss from aug to sept I think. Then 6 lbs gain one month. I'm just interested in what's different. Thankssss!

Also this will sound weird but how are you looking physically now? More muscle? Less fat? Fitter? Etc?

What's the difference between the months you lose 8-10 lbs and the months you gain weight? Is it not abiding by the one meal rule? Or eating more at that meal? Just curious. Thanks!

216! That's good because I already had a splurge day where I ate a ton at dinner AND had a lot of ice cream for dessert an hour after..... Celebrating my promotion this week. But I'll take 2 pounds down, going into a week I should be able to stick with one meal per day

Oh well I'll try again here, lol: long story short, I'm 30, weigh 218, want to weigh 185, used to workout regularly now with work promotions and the usual grown up crap I haven't worked out as much.... OMAD has always called to me after reading about ancient warriors eating in a similar fashion. I'll keep posting!
