i wouldnt say im on diet i like to eat healthy. i try and weigh most my food today did it with everything. i have never veen aable to eat all my calories ecen when had P.T they had this this issue with me i do eat quite lot but not calculating enough. it could be to much of high protein food maybe? not enough carbs or fat.

thanks for advice advocado i will add love those. i only do that cause want to log that day i do add everything or scan i get near to 1000cal literally like 20cal under most day. apprciate the feedback :) x

the thought of my partner not having that instant attraction. after knowing him 7years it took me 5 to get him and in that time lost 2stone in weight. never thought would ever love me as cringy as it sounds lol

i struggle with this cause love chocolate and sweets guilty pleasure. i managed cut back by having something like this on cheat day and also cut back on it in hot drinks too :) but everyone has something they crave it may just be different

it could be too much weight training, as this happened to me i was doing 2kettle bell classes week, body pump, spin twice then 3-4 cardio classes i gained huge amount muscle to broke my classes down and did more running that worked for me x

hey thats good start try prep meals that healthy ao wont snack or binge on bad things bread is good one to stop cause it generally does nothing for u rice ia good food tho and protein needs become your best friend!good luck
