Lol my doctor never skirted around the issue after I stopped competing and training all together in ballooned to 240lbs at 5' 7" lmfao. My doctor just looked at me and said "look you have to lose weight or you're going to have some major health issues." So 5 months later I'm at 175 lbs and still going :-)
