  • I love Oikos Greek triple zero vanilla yogurt with Stawberries, Blueberries and sliced almonds. Sometimes I even eat this as a meal. You can have a whole cup as a serving size, and 3/4 of a cup of the sliced alomonds. It’s sweet, yummy, and full of protein. It’s also a go to desert type snack if I need something later…
