I was working overnights 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM and my eating habits turned to garbage. I was eating "dinner" at 3 AM and "breakfast" at 3 PM and that was eat and tons of snacking during the shifts. I put on about 10 lbs so that why I'm back on MFP to fix it. What are your typical hours like?

Something really good if you look it up is take half an avocado scoop a little extra out where the pit hole is and crack the egg inside sprinkle with salt, pepper, cayenne, and cheese and bake it then scoop all of it out onto toast when done.
