I would like to avoid bariatric surgery if possible. That and I don't have insurance, (I've applied for it here in Maine but I was denied, and obamacare was more then I can afford) I do have a dietitian that recommended that I cut carbs, which is what I'm doing, but wanted to try this also. :) Thank you for your insight. <3
