  • I don't have time to leave my house alone for 30 minutes to an hour morning and night as I have a two and three year old I need to take care of. I can row at home and still watch my kids.
  • My goal is to lose 20lbs to start while toning my arms and legs. I love walking but it is extremely hard for me to actually walk for exercise as I have limited time in the morning and evenings.
