  • Im thinking about how im going to start a new healthier lifestyle. I often try to do it all at once, healthy eating, exercise, less tv more reading, not going out to eat, taking my vitamins and supplements and I often fail keeping it all together. Ughhh
  • Hey! Im new and also want to try intermittent fasting in December. I have done prolongued fasting for 3-5 days and lost about 3lbs each day but is not sustainable, I was hoping to try intermittent fasting and see what that does for me just need the accountability and support (too many failed attempts lol).
