I hate morning workouts but i do agree that sometimes things come up if i don't do it in the morning. if i miss it i try to get it in after work. the important thing is that you do it when you cant. i don't think that time of the day matters as long as you can sleep if you do it at night. one of the things i do when i see something i want but should not have, is I go looking for a way to put it on a diet to... take your chocolate cake, there are tons of not so bad recipes out there for chocolate cake and if all else fails there is " NO pudge fudge"…
