  • Picture & recipe from Google: 2 ripe avocados (I used Hass avocados) 90 grams (1/3 cup minus ½ tablespoon) agave nectar* 40 grams (1/3 cup) raw cacao powder 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk ½ teaspoon almond extract I've made it using banana to sweeten, but then it tastes kinda like banana so agave is probably better.
  • Healthy and decadent is doable, low calorie and decadent on the other hand... Chocolate avocado mousse is nutritious and has an amazing texture, but it's avocado, chocolate and banana so it's high in calories.

  • You can Google cheap recipe ideas. There are loads of blogs dedicated to cooking on a budget. Lots of vegetarian meals are cheap and you can cook extra portions to freeze.   • I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure being 1800 calories under your goal for the day is not a good thing.
  • For breakfast I had a bowl of muesli with a sliced banana. Lunch was a whole carton of New Covent Garden pea & creme fraiche soup which has one serving of vegetables per half carton, plus an apple and a peach. Dinner was just pizza with two pre-packaged salad bowls. So all in all, not too bad.
  • I have a goal of losing 215lbs. I've lost 24lbs since the beginning of July, but I've definitely struggled somewhat along the way. As much as I realise everyone's weight loss goal is important, I find it hard to identify with someone who wants to lose 50-60lbs, compared to people who need to or have lost 150lbs or more. So…
