I've had such a busy day. I'm shattered. Kids were back at school (woohoo!) and we went straight to the gym. Did biceps and triceps today. And then 30 mins on treadmill. Buzzing because I hit a PB and managed to do the whole 30 minutes on an incline of 12. Usually I have to drop to 10 incline at around the 20 minute mark.…

I forgot to mention, I think what got me through was not thinking how I felt in that moment. But how I would feel afterwards. And it's not always you can catch yourself in the decision-making part of your brain. Most things we do "mindlessly". But this time I did and it worked out!

This has been going on since COVID because she found out she had bone cancer around then, but they said it's a secondary cancer so they need to find the first.
