I think you've gotten really good advice so far. I just wanted to chime in to say I loved your cosplays! :)

If I quit, I'm going to start this over again anyways. So just continue with it even if there are bumps in the road. You don't get anything out of letting yourself go for a few days.

Sadly on the same boat. Was in a relationship for 10 months as well. I knew really early on in the relationship it wouldn't work out though but I would try to "fix" things. I should've gotten out fast but I ended up opening up to him (which is hard for me to do with anyone) so I ended up getting really hurt. It sucks :(.

I like to rub a garlic clove on my toast (followed with cream cheese or butter though haha)

I'm from Canada so I can't point you to where you can get it... but I love durian! I'm kind of craving it now after reading this thread lol. Here, you can buy it pre-cut and frozen in sections. They're just as good but can be a hit or miss on flavor (strong vs. weak durian flavor). Just let it thaw in an air-tight…

I use the one I have at work! A non-dairy French vanilla creamer. The creamer is kind of sweet so I don't add sugar to it.

I don't really eat it for breakfast but yes, I've had it before. Plain congee with a raw egg is yum too :).
-
I do it unintentionally. I find that most of my meals are around 400 calories, give or take.

I recommend measuring out a portion instead of grabbing the whole baggy. That way you know how much you could eat :). If it's a constant struggle, try adjusting your calories so you could fit more of these snacks in later on. When I need to avoid them. I just do something distracting (watch Netflix, play some games). I…

I like making guacamole in the morning! Bring some mini pitas that I toast up at work and it's amazing. I also like sausages and burgers. Soup on the side or fruit. Lunch is the heaviest meal for me :).

Lost 7 pounds my first month on MFP :).
-
Dinner at 5:30 and I'm in bed by 10:00 :). I don't sleep well on a heavy stomach.
-
I'm 5'0" and hoping to hit around 100lbs. Maybe a little bit more :)
-
I'm in the same predicament as you :(. I'm a D/DD as well and I wish they would just shrink already.
-
I've lost quite a bit of weight and mine are still here :(. I wish they're shrink a bit though because I'm very tiny. And then boom. Boobs.

Your diary doesn't list how much water you drink so I would just suggest drinking more :).

Try not to have those snacks around you so you're not tempted to reach for them. When I feel like snacking I portion out about 100-200 calories worth in a zip lock baggy so I know what I can.. and cannot munch on.

I weigh myself on weekdays. On weekends I'm not home... or I would :)
-
Around 350. Trying to be a bit more aggressive this week to see how it goes.
-
I would recommend measuring your foods out as well if you aren't already. In the past week I saw apples being logged at 154g each... but not all foods are exactly the same size!

I stop eating at 6pm. I have troubles sleeping on a full stomach and I get huge stomach aches in the morning as well. My portion sizes have become a lot smaller for pasta but I still eat it at the same frequency. I'm not much of a soda type of person but I used to love sugary drinks (iced coffees, frapps, bubble tea). I…

I splurge on one day. I don't regularly crave them (so I don't eat them) but on the weekends I tend to go out.

Shopping for cute clothes... shopping for cute lingerie!

It all varies but usually 35 calories a day. 100 if I feel like it. Some days I do drink more though (when I'm craving something sweet) but it doesn't happen often.
-
it differs day by day, but it's mostly lunch.
-
Multivitamin... in gummy form!

I don't usually get cravings-- when I do I wait it out for a handful of days. If I still feel the craving I try to fit it into my macros. I don't wait out my cravings for too long because then I tend to overindulge. I don't plan my cheat meals. If anything they're on Friday-Saturday since I'm at my bf's place on those days.
