Hey - I use Google Fit to sync with MFP. So i enter a manual workout on GF with the data that iFit syncs to the website. There may be an easier way but not too sure yet only had it a day!

Hey, Sorry i'm abit late to reply, I got a NordicTrack Audiostrider 400 Ellipitcal which is iFit compatible, along with an iFit Module and 1 Year Membership. It seems quite good so far, I set up a route along the river thames this morning (Could only last 15 minutes of the route! But it allowed me to see the route on…

Snap! I will literally eat the whole tin! Glad im not the only one haha

My partner is a post woman so keeps active during the day. She can then eat 'bad' as she's got an active job, I however work at a desk job. I now go on the treadmill at 4:30am every morning before work to get my exercises done as its not something we'd be able to do together. I'm dieting ATM so we eat different foods she…

Only a couple of weeks, but I am logging too. Plus a chunk of that will be initial water weight. I do about 5km every morning before work.
-
6lb lost so far from walking/logging, last time I did mfp I lost over 40lb

Try swapping to sugar free red bull. Lower caffeine content. No sugar. Then taper down the amount you have.

Weight loss unfortunately isn't linear. Water weight has quite a bit of play in that. Look at the whoosh effect. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10053434/the-woosh-effect This thread has a handy graphic :-) keep up the good work!

Only 30 mins into the day for me, but breaking the first milestone of 5lb loss.

It's easy once it becomes routine. I struggled so bad the first couple of days. Also breaks the monotony of wake up, work, home, sleep, Makes me feel like I'm doing more with my day than working and I get to enjoy the evenings with my partner :-)

For me my motivation came looking in the mirror. We had a treadmill and since moving we have actually had a place to set it up. So now I get up at 4:30am and do an hour on treadmill/free weights before work. I'm more of a morning person and would rather get the exercise out the way!

Fasted, as I exercise in the morning if I was to eat first I'd feel bloated and sluggish. Abit of caffeine in me keeps me going then breakfast after
-
My treadmill gives me crazily low calories burned but then I opted for a cheap treadmill I use my smart watch to log my steps etc and compare the distance against the treadmill
-
Someone at work went to Australia and bought back some Toffee Apple Tim Tams. I've been rejecting people's home made cakes but not everyday you get to try something from the other side of the world so logged it and enjoyed every second of it. (May not be new but as we don't have them here in the UK Its new to us lol)

Think of it as a positive, you've expressed the wish to lose weight and he's being supportive by offering you new clothes when you hit a target. :-) maybe that 50 is just a number he plucked out of thin air at the time. Try not to read too much into it, enjoy the journey and look forward to that shopping trip :-)

2 dogs and occasionally a couple of cats! They kick me out of bed quite often!

Currently playing on my workout playlist: Missing Andy - The way we're made https://youtu.be/atMaDsDFTds

My understanding is: MFP shows you your calorie goal for weight loss but doesn't include your additional burns. So you would eat say 1200 and be in a deficit. Any exercise calories get added on to that and you should eat back. However, calories are overstated so most people will eat back a percentage of their exercise…

I have a snake called Nibbles, another called slithers. Those are probably the best of the names others are like Norman, Peter etc.
-
Possibly caffeine withdrawals if you're a coffee / energy drink drinker. Or as the others said a lack of nutrients
-
For the past week I've been up at 4:45am exercise for an hour then breakfast. Makes me feel so much more alert whereas if i ate first i'd be sluggish and not perform aswell. I do however take a pre-w/o for a slight boost as I've not fully acclimatised to the early mornings!
-
5'5" 178lb was a large, had to hide all my medium slim fits as was very disheartening! I was m-sf when I was 140! So thats my aim!

Hey man, you're on here which means you're looking to change. You've identified an issue and are looking to resolve. Hat off to you! You can do it mate just keep positive. Every bit off the scale no matter how large or small is one step closer to your goal. Keep it up!
-
I have a pre-w/o in the mornings before my cardio / weights just to give me a boost then if i do flag during the day a Monster Ultra Zero. If i have the calories spare i'd opt for an iced coffee or a monster rehab, luckily i don't like the full sugar energy drinks unless mixed with jagermeister haha

Must admit i'm finding Google Fit isnt the most reliable of integrated methods.

Hey, you've already added me as a friend but I also suffer from Anxiety & Depression, if you're ever feeling down just ping me a message! Always willing to offer support where I can :)

Adapt / Portion Size / Separate Foods. Today my partner and I both had home made curry, I had mine with Cauliflower Rice, she had hers with White Rice. I saved 200+ Calories from just that one swap, but we still got to eat together
-
I also fell off the wagon! Back on now though and hopefully i'll be tieing myself to it! - You can do it :)
